This is a very nice curved monitor for a very good price. It is lightweight, but well made and the colors are excellent. I wanted to try a widescreen monitor and hoped it would work with my 2012 13" MacBook Pro. This monitor was well-reviewed online and had all the connectors I needed. When I connected it to my old Mac using a Firewire to HDMI adapter, it worked beautifully at full 2560x1080 resolution. Mine is a 2.5 Ghz Dual Core i5 with an Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB video card. It's a huge improvement in screen space and for using my DAW. It is also awesome for my Xbox, and having the two HDMI connections is great. No speakers, and no USB-C connections, but it does have an audio output. It's just the basics, but that's ok with me.
Cool looking design. The monitor can move up and down on the base and tilts a little too, but I couldn't figure out how to make the height part stay in place, it seems to be spring-loaded. I removed the base and use a VESA desk clamp mount instead because the base is quite large. The monitor is light enough to be easily mounted that way. I got mine on sale for $309.
